Royal Aero Group

Royal is responsible for assessing the financial and technical positioning of the North American Airlines entire fleet. This helps ensure that North American Airlines is suitably informed, equipped and prepared to meet the operational challenges and demands that present themselves and enables them to make prompt clear and decisive decisions regarding all powerplant management issues.

In addition to the day to day management of its fleet, last year Royal was instructed to carry out a number of engine lease reviews for North American Airlines. This included 11x RB211-535’s and 5x CF6-80C2. These reviews were performed promptly, enabling the successful lease of a number of engines, short-term, thereby protecting North American Airline’s ongoing operation.

The speed and detail of Royal’s performance of the reviews was highly praised by North American Airlines’ senior management team. Royal also demonstrated its flexibility, travelling to multiple sites to support on-site reviews at short-notice.

Following the success of this project Royal has been instructed to perform an on-site fleet wide audit of all powerplant related technical documentation. This project is expected to commence in the 1st Quarter of 2010.
