Royal Aero Services provides just-in-time supply chain services to the MRO's by placing pre-agreed inventory in the MRO’s own warehouse to be consumed and paid for as required.
This enables the MRO to improve both cash-flow and TAT (turnaround time) of the engine in maintenance.
Consigned inventory complies with the MRO’s QA approved repair station network to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Royal Aero Services also manages customer owned material to enable asset owners to gain the highest return on asset disposal, retaining a fee based on the sale value of the material. This provides a higher return but over a longer period. So, if cash is not the problem, outsourcing the sales activity is an ideal solution.
