With his more than 25 years of deep aviation experience, Paul is responsible for driving the global acquisition and disposition strategy and execution within the organization. Prior to joining Royal Aero, he served in senior leadership positions with Aero Capital Solutions, AAR Corp, and Royal Aero where he previously held the position of President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
